This policy (together with our licence agreement for the use of I DUN CLEAN) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. By agreeing to use I DUN CLEAN you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information we may collect from you

   We may collect and process the following data about you:

   i. Information you give us. You may provide us with personal information through your use of I DUN CLEAN. Including without limitation demographic and personal information.

   ii. Information we collect about you. With regard to I DUN CLEAN access we may automatically collect the following information:

   1. technical information, including your username, login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform;

   2. information about your use of the service, including all dates and times I DUN CLEAN is accessed.

   iii. Information we receive from other sources. We may receive information about you if you use any of the apps or other applications we operate or the other services we provide.

   iv. IDOEVERYTHING LTD will not contact you directly about your I DUN CLEAN access details. It is your responsibility to ensure that your username and password are kept confidential.

2. Uses made of the information

   We use information held about you in the following ways:

   i. Information you give us. We will use this information:

   1. to deliver the I DUN CLEAN service;

   ii. Information we collect about you. We will use this information:

   1. for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical purposes;

   2. to improve our service to ensure that content is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your device;

   3. to allow you to participate in interactive features of our service, when you choose to do so;

   4. as part of our efforts to keep the service safe and secure.

   5. to monitor usage and collect usage statistics including but not limited to how the market and devices are being used

   6. to ensure that content from services is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your device

   iii. Information we receive from other sources. Information you give us will be added to your I DUN CLEAN record and may be combined with information from other sources that is added to your I DUN CLEAN record or that is already held in your I DUN CLEAN record.

   iv. IDOEVERYTHING LTD and Data Protection. When processing your data we will comply with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 2018 and the terms of the data processing agreements we have directly with Service Providers.

3. Disclosure of your information

   Your sensitive data held by IDOEVERYTHING LTD may be shared with others providing you with personal data in accordance with our data sharing model. We may only disclose or share your personal data if we are under a duty to comply with a legal obligation to do so.

4. Where we store your personal data

   The following refers to data stored on the device you use to access I DUN CLEAN and the transmission of data to the I DUN CLEAN databases:

   We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy. We use strict procedures and security features in accordance with Good Industry practice and standards. It is your responsibility to ensure your computer or device, and your connection to the service, is secure. Use of the service is at your own risk. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to us via any device on which you may access I DUN CLEAN.

   Data held on I DUN CLEAN (where your sensitive data is stored) is held within secure data centres and is subject to the most stringent security.
